i am in the state of 'lost of words' because where in the world did expect to have a dinner with boss and friends with the drummer of yeah yeah yeahs? i mean, where in the world really! it's such a humbling experience, because brian is such a humble and sincere person. it feels like you share the table with someone who you just met and it's no big deal at all. only, it's brian chase. he smiles a lot and very talkative too. i must admit that i'm not that big of a fan of yeah yeah yeahs but i truly respect their music. gold lion would be my most favorite because it's just..banging! and it's not that i'm friends with him after the dinner or that we really 'did' hang out but there were only seven of us and i was just two seats away from him and all i can say is, he has such calming personality. i would say that this is definitely one of the perks of my job and truly grateful that i have a such great boss who's kind enough to invite me to join the dinner with his wife, brother and friends. i'm adding two people in my long list of new acquaintances, tia and brian that is and honestly feel happy and thankful how my job allows me to meet more new people. really nice to meet both of them for the first time and hopefully, not the only time :) have a nice dream darlings!
